Beyond Tutoring TX – Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Beyond Tutoring ("Beyond Tutoring TX" "we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using our website, services, or making a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("T&C"). Please read them carefully before using our services.

Services Offered

Beyond Tutoring offers the following services:

• In-Person Tutoring: Available exclusively in San Antonio, Texas.

• Online Tutoring: Available worldwide via Google Meet.

• Test Prep Services: SAT Reading & Writing tutoring (both in-person and online).

Pricing and Payment

• Pricing:

  • $55 for in-person tutoring

  • $50 for online tutoring

  • $40 for students who qualify for reduced/free lunch (verification required)

• Payment Methods:

  • Tap to pay on mobile

  • Google Pay

  • Apple Pay

  • Credit/debit cards

  • Manual payments for in-person sessions

• Refunds and Credits:

  • No refunds or credits for missed sessions unless due to a reasonable emergency (subject to our discretion).

  • To request a refund or credit for emergencies, clients must contact us directly.

Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy

• Cancellations:

  • Clients must cancel at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled session to avoid being charged.

  • Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance will be charged the full session fee.

• Rescheduling:

  • Clients must reschedule at least 48 hours prior to the session.

  • If rescheduled with less than 48 hours' notice, the original session fee will still apply.

  • No refunds for online payments; manual in-person payments will not be charged if the service was not prepaid.

• Late Cancellations and No-Shows:

  • Clients who fail to attend a session without proper cancellation will be charged the full session fee.

Client Responsibilities

• Clients must provide accurate and truthful information when creating an account or booking sessions.

• Clients are responsible for ensuring they have a stable internet connection for online sessions.

• Beyond Tutoring is not responsible for technical issues on the client’s end.

Data Collection and Privacy

• We collect and store the following personal information for logged-in accounts:

  • Names

  • Emails

  • Payment details

• We do not share personal information with third parties except as necessary for payment processing.

• Our Privacy Policy is linked separately and explains how we collect, use, and protect your data.

Website Use and Account Rules

By using our website, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information when creating an account.

• Use the website lawfully and responsibly.

• Refrain from spamming, hacking, or any unauthorized use of the platform.

• Respect the confidentiality of your account credentials.

Liability Disclaimer

• Beyond Tutoring does not guarantee specific academic outcomes or improvements in grades or test scores.

• We are not liable for any damages or losses resulting from the use of our services.

• Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the services.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these T&C shall be resolved in the courts of Texas.

Changes to Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to modify these T&C at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
